This Privacy Policy explains how MouCard ("MouCard", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit moucard.com, open a MouCard account, use MouCard virtual Visa cards or contact us. Please read it together with our Terms of Service.
1. Who we are
MouCard provides virtual Visa cards that customers fund with stablecoins. MouCard, based in New Delhi, India, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. Cards are issued by our licensed issuing partner, which is responsible for the card-related information it processes under its own privacy notice.

2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you sign up we collect your name, email address, password (stored only as a one-way hash), account type, company name for business accounts, country or region of residence, how you plan to use MouCard and your expected monthly spend. When you contact us we keep the messages you send.
Information we may request. Where anti-money-laundering law or our issuing partner requires it, we may ask you to confirm details about yourself or your business, or about the source of your funds. We will tell you what is needed and why at that time.
Information created when you use MouCard. Wallet balance, deposits and their blockchain transaction references, deposit addresses, card requests, card status changes (issued, frozen, unfrozen, cancelled), card transactions and fees. Full card numbers and security codes are generated and held by the issuing partner; we do not store full card numbers or CVV codes on our own servers.
Technical information. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, and security events such as sign-ins, failed sign-in attempts and rate-limit triggers. We use these to keep accounts secure and to diagnose problems.
3. How we use your information
- To create and run your account, process deposits, issue and manage cards and charge the fees shown on our pricing page (performance of our contract with you).
- To screen against sanctions lists, prevent fraud and meet anti-money-laundering, tax and other legal obligations (legal obligation and our legitimate interest in preventing financial crime).
- To send service messages such as email confirmation, deposit and card updates, security alerts and changes to our terms (performance of contract).
- To answer support requests and improve our services (legitimate interest).
- To send product news only if you have agreed to receive it. You can opt out at any time.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use automated decision-making that produces legal effects about you without human review, except where required for fraud or sanctions screening; you can ask for a person to review such a decision.
4. Who we share it with
- Our card issuing partner and card program manager, to issue and operate your card, and Visa as part of processing card transactions.
- Sanctions screening and fraud prevention providers.
- Stablecoin custody and payment infrastructure providers that hold deposits and move funds on our behalf.
- Cloud hosting, email delivery and customer support service providers that process data on our instructions.
- Professional advisers such as auditors and lawyers.
- Regulators, law enforcement, courts and other authorities when the law requires it.
- A buyer or successor if our business is sold or reorganised, under equivalent protections.
Every service provider is bound by contract to use your information only to provide services to us and to protect it.
5. International transfers
Our partners and providers operate in several countries, so your information may be processed outside the country where you live, including in India, the European Economic Area and the United States. Where the law requires it, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
6. How long we keep it
We keep account information for as long as your account is open. Transaction records, and any information we are required to collect under anti-money-laundering law, are kept for at least five years after our relationship ends, or longer where anti-money-laundering or other laws require. Security logs are generally kept for up to twelve months. When information is no longer needed we delete or anonymise it.
7. How we protect it
All connections to MouCard are encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored as salted one-way hashes. Access to personal information is limited to staff who need it, protected by role-based permissions and recorded in an audit log. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password private and tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
8. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access your information, correct it, ask us to delete it, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw consent where we rely on consent. Some information must be kept to meet legal obligations, so we may not be able to delete everything immediately.
To exercise these rights, email woki@moucard.com / rayne@moucard.com from the address linked to your account. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. You may also complain to your local data protection authority; in the European Economic Area this is the supervisory authority in your country, and in India it is the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use only the cookies needed to run the service: a session cookie that keeps you signed in, a security token that protects forms against cross-site request forgery, and, if you use the website chat, a support-chat cookie that keeps your conversation with our team available for up to 90 days. We store your language choice in your browser. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If you contact us through Telegram or WhatsApp, those services process your messages under their own privacy policies.
10. Children
MouCard is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new date, and tell you by email before material changes take effect.

使用 MouCard 产生的信息。钱包余额、充值记录及其链上交易哈希、充值地址、开卡申请、卡片状态变更（开卡、冻结、解冻、注销）、刷卡交易和费用。完整卡号和安全码由发卡合作方生成和保管，我们不会在自己的服务器上保存完整卡号或 CVV。
技术信息。IP 地址、浏览器和设备类型、访问的页面，以及登录、登录失败、触发频率限制等安全事件。我们用这些信息保障账户安全和排查问题。
三、我们如何使用这些信息
- 开通和运营你的账户、处理充值、发行和管理卡片，并收取费用页所列费用（履行与你的合同）。
- 进行制裁名单筛查、防范欺诈，并履行反洗钱、税务及其他法律义务（法定义务及我们防范金融犯罪的正当利益）。
- 发送邮箱确认、充值和卡片动态、安全提醒和条款变更等服务通知（履行合同）。
- 回复客服咨询、改进我们的服务（正当利益）。
- 仅在你同意后发送产品资讯，你可以随时退订。
我们不会出售你的个人信息。除反欺诈或制裁筛查必需的情形外，我们不会在没有人工复核的情况下，作出对你产生法律影响的自动化决策；你可以要求人工复核此类决定。
四、我们与谁共享信息
- 发卡合作方和卡项目管理方，用于发行和运营你的卡片；以及在处理刷卡交易过程中的 Visa。
- 制裁筛查和反欺诈服务商。
- 代我们保管充值资产和划转资金的稳定币托管及支付基础设施服务商。
- 按我们指示处理数据的云服务器、邮件发送和客服服务商。
- 审计师、律师等专业顾问。
- 法律要求时的监管机构、执法机关、法院及其他主管部门。
- 业务出售或重组时的收购方或承继方，并适用同等保护。
所有服务商均受合同约束，只能为向我们提供服务而使用你的信息，并须妥善保护。
五、跨境传输
我们的合作方和服务商分布在多个国家，因此你的信息可能在你居住国以外处理，包括印度、欧洲经济区和美国。在法律要求时，我们会采用欧盟委员会批准的标准合同条款等保障措施。
六、保存期限
账户信息在账户存续期间保存。交易记录以及依反洗钱法规须收集的信息，在业务关系结束后至少保存五年，反洗钱或其他法律另有要求的从其规定。安全日志一般最多保存十二个月。信息不再需要时，我们会将其删除或匿名化。
七、我们如何保护信息
与 MouCard 的所有连接均通过 TLS 加密。密码以加盐单向哈希方式保存。只有因工作需要的人员才能访问个人信息，访问受角色权限控制并记录在审计日志中。没有任何系统是绝对安全的，请妥善保管密码；如怀疑账户被盗用，请立即通知我们。
八、你的权利
根据你所在地区的法律，你可能有权查阅、更正、要求删除你的信息，限制或反对某些处理，获取可携带格式的副本，以及在基于同意处理时撤回同意。部分信息须依法保存，因此我们可能无法立即删除全部信息。
行使上述权利，请使用账户绑定的邮箱发送邮件至 woki@moucard.com / rayne@moucard.com。我们会在适用法律规定的期限内答复。你也可以向当地数据保护机构投诉：在欧洲经济区为你所在国的监管机构，在印度为印度数据保护委员会（Data Protection Board of India）。
九、Cookie 及类似技术
我们只使用运行服务所必需的 Cookie：保持登录状态的会话 Cookie、防范跨站请求伪造的安全令牌，以及在你使用网站在线客服时，用于保留你与客服对话记录的客服 Cookie（最长 90 天）。你的语言偏好保存在浏览器本地。我们不使用广告或第三方统计 Cookie。如你通过 Telegram 或 WhatsApp 联系我们，相关消息由这些服务按其自身隐私政策处理。
十、未成年人
MouCard 不面向未满 18 周岁的人士，我们不会有意收集未成年人的信息。
